I've been a social worker, social and political activst for over three decades. Writer, lover, passionate about life and those I'm sharing it with, a vegetable gardener. The past few years very invovled as a advocate for homeless people and as a free lance case manager for many, including helping some in their last days. On a spiritual path, doing daily practices for decades, believing that life is a spiritual one, and we are all part of something much grander than we can imagine. A bit of a mystic, loving being in touch with my breath and how it helps me be in touch with the life beyond this material plane, but remain very grounded, as in helping the other.
